Shipping Policy
We ship to the 49 continental states in the United States and offer free shipping on orders over $100. Orders must be placed by 10am EST to begin processing the same day.

When you place an order on shopoua.com, you'll receive an email order confirmation. If you have any questions about your order, contact us at connect@shopoua.com. Include your order number in the subject line of your email.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unused products can be returned for a refund to the original form of payment up to 15 days after placing your order. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If you’re interested in a return within 15 days, please contact us so we can help you get started with your returns process. You will need to return the item(s) to us at your expense. Please include your packing slip. After you ship your product back and we receive and process your return, we'll refund the price of your items (excluding shipping charges or taxes that may have applied to your order). Please allow up to 4 weeks for a credit to appear on your statement.

If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 612-275-4062. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection.
